- Writer what does spirit mean to me
I think i read that the word "spirit" comes from the latin "spiritus" - which means to breathe. I think that fits very well.
activities
I write, I read, I learn, I breathe. I look for ways to make life better for people around me - and when i do this, i make life better for me.

favorite movies
I'm a big sports movie guy - i cant get enough of the underdog. Rocky, Rudy, Miracle. I also love documentaries and anything that makes you think.
favorite music
not a big music guy. I'm a fan of Bob Dylan (most classic rock), i dig punk when I'm in that mood, and classical (most of the majors) when i'm in a more creative mood.
favorite books
David McCullough's (1776) comes to mind. On the fiction side...Neal Stephenson's (Cryptonomicon) and Emberto Eco's (Foucault's Pendulum)... The Revolution by Ron Paul.
favorite quote
