I wasn't born until 1957 and being a navy dep. moved to Europe at a young age. I never understood about the plight of the person of another race and was floored as I've seen stories or read of it. We are one in Christ in God's Kingdom and someone from every tribe and tongue will be in heaven. Rosa Parks was an inspiration then and now.

I am sorry, but this is old news. Blacks have the same rights as any minority in this country now. Why do you find it necessary to revisit our country's past mistakes? How far should we go back...Civil War....Salem witchcraft hunts...?

About 6 months ago i volunteered to teach at a small 'christian school'.my pay was almost 3/4th what i was earning because i wanted to serve the Lord.Even though the white missionary couple had 10 children, the wife wanted me to clean her porch to earn my keep as a teacher.-why/because i'm black.even in this day and age, we still need to revisit mistakes to stop us and our children from making...
